• Items must be unused
• Items must be in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain food-contact products may not be eligible for return once opened due to hygiene and safety standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos.

Refund Process:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by UIC Store.
